Sharing Time

 

Sharing is just like show and tell.  Your child will have one day a week to share something with the class.  This schedule will be sent home the second week of school.  They can bring something or just tell us about an experience.  Each student is limited to 3 minutes and then answer 3 questions asked by the classmates of their choice.  This is a time to practice good listening and speaking skills.  If a student shares a “pet guest” more time is allowed and more questions can be answered.   Please let me know ahead of time if a pet will be visiting because our school has guidelines that limits what kind of critters we are allowed to have in our classroom.  Dogs must have written verification of the rabies vaccination.

Sharing is a choice.  Anyone can pass if they don’t have something to share or don’t feel comfortable speaking.
